* This is a pretty major update. I don't really know what affect the new sickness and temperature system will have on player behavior especially with antibiotics being so scarce.
* It is the genesis of an idea, so please remember this might cause havoc. You need to be careful.
* To light a fire, you need matches and wood in your inventory. Place more wood in the inventory of a fireplace to keep the fire going.
* A fire that does not have wood in it will go out when you try to light it.
* You can tell you have an infection, because your character will start coughing. The infection causes you to loose blood down to a minimum of 6000. This leaves you with reduced blood until you take antibiotics.

Little things i've found out so far -
your temperature decreases when your outside (seems like its -1 for every 5 minutes or so outside)
When it's raining it shoots down at like 1 every 30 seconds if your out in it.
You can sit inside building (This INCLUDES tents) and it won't go down.
Your temperature rises 1 every 5 minutes or so when you are inside of a building/tent even if its raining outside.
Wood (Needed for fire) i found in barns most of the time havn't seen it anywhere else yet - it takes up 2 inventory slots.
Zombies are fixed!
No respawns directly on my body yet which i suppose is a good thing :3
zombie counts seem higher then 1.5.5 but less then 1.5.7 by myself at berezino the zombie count was around 80~ in Kamenka it was around 40~
There seems to be more water pumps
Fog is finally fixed no more charcoal graphics when looking into it - it actually fades rather then blocks out.

I might be on tonight we'll see, Engine parts are the holy grail because we have none and we can't find them anywhere! so if you find them guys bring em back WE NEED EM as spares/to improve the condition of our vehicles! Also the odd bit of windshield glass helps too!

What a mess tonight! My crap connection caused me to drop out whilst snips and I were driving the offroad to the NE camp. Snips is waiting for me to reconnect, gets sniped from the trees (bearing in mind, we're in the middle of nowhere up north)
I spawn in, about 30m away, see the guy looting, murder him, and watch over the gear until chris turns up to cover. Chris gives overwatch while i load in an m4 from my old body, the m14 from the bandit and try to grab all of snippers good gear. Chris randomly dies without a shot being fired. I panic, grab everything, and drive the offroad back to NW camp.
Offroad is currently between 005 and 006 x and 005 and 006 y up the big hill behind a tree with 3 m4;s and m14 in it

i died from turning around on a bit steep hill while prone... must have broken ma neck while moving... so logical...

I can't get on DayZ New patch just came out and no servers are updating and if they do they don't work!
Thing with female survivors, guys can now play as girls "pretend" loooool or if not, every guy is not gonna shoot any girl because they wanna try hit on her, so i'd say if you wanna survive, be a female character XD
Also yay! what i've been asking for! no more bandits it ruined the whole "trust" thing for me
but also yay! we get to choose what skins we wear by finding them XD

Also, I think they've got about 8-10 lads with ARMA, if we can sort them with ACE/ACRE we have some new blood to join in the games with, meaning more TvT / large Co-Op missions available, plus in DayZ we have some top lads to play with aswell.

Also, I think they've got about 8-10 lads with ARMA, if we can sort them with ACE/ACRE we have some new blood to join in the games with, meaning more TvT / large Co-Op missions available, plus in DayZ we have some top lads to play with aswell.
Don't be dicks lads, don't want bad names for our clan.
First things first: great find, voodoo. im looking forward to set some cool missions/TvTs with some new guys
second thing: if somebody in dayZ is looking suspicious, i'll shoot him. lost bout 5 lives trying to be helpfull and polite. if they come accross my way and i dont hear them on TS they're deat meat.

offtopic slightly, but having some guys to play TvT with would be amazing, however, we sync to UO and use THEIR map pack/mod pack to play. We don't have their explicit permission (not sure if we need it or not) so not sure we want to be tooo open that we use it. If they can keep it quiet, the more the merrier
