battlefield 2 server?

does NwA have a bf2 server? if so what is the ip ands ill help get it going when am not on PR

not at the moment mate, we were having trouble getting it started, but if we had a few people interested, maybe we could get one. I for one would like to see us have one, and would help start it, im guessing Daze would also.

wouldnt mind seeing 3 city maps rotating on infantry only, theres still plenty of players out there who still play reqularly.

after having a massive break from BF2, playing it again recently, pretty much every server i tried was all just ridiculous grenade spam, especially on infantry only maps. really rubbish.

are they all like that?

thats bf2 , either u like it or stay out the way i like just being able to have a quick game. It helps if your in a good squad. Give me a shout if u fancy a game sometime.

don't get me wrong, i love BF2 and racked up 100s of hours back in the day, but it feels like its deteriorated, especially on the city maps.

would be good to get a squad going sometime tho, especially on wake island, i love that map

think i got nearly 3000 hrs racked up! Lol. yeah i dont mind wake, if your on TS one night i will have a bash with ya.

well id deffently help get it going there is still alot of people who play it but most servers are s**t because of nade spam which is really anoying on karkland infrantry and that map is really addictive.

think it would be a good idea.... would give people a chance to just have a laugh, without gettig bogged down with all the rules that PR has to offer..

still got a server somewhere at bsngaming (stuppid canadian ppl never stop the server has been running for 2 years and I payed once lol) witch I can switch to BF2 its ranked and everything might be a idea

Would Alpha let us run the occasional Warlord on the training server when not in PR use?

i still say we should trial 1 for a month, however we work it...

A ranked BF2 server requires BF2-CCDaemon be installed on the server.

Trust me you don't want CCD anywhere near a PR server.

Id love to see you guys in BF2 again Ive spent alot of time in the NRU server since NWA went PR but its not the same..(cant get away from servers with Noobs in its clan tags it seems)Hope everyones doing good and long time no see Twitchy..

i think we need to find an opening in the market, the number of servers that are admin'd and ran properly are dwinderling. i think there is a opening in the IO maps if we can get members to fill it. most maps now look like they have players but are just full of bots. not played vehicles for a while, so may have to have a look at that.

I like the sound of one inf one vechs, id be happy for that, got 3 months of free time to fill up

think we should go mash.. IO. theres no uncaps, so no clays on spawn, no C4 jumping, no glitching. no other rules. happy days.

Question: Are we trying to hold a server for a prolonged time? And this means we're spreading ourselves out quite far, and we've got PR Arma2 coming out. Just wondering ^_^

think we just want to trial a server. maybe get some new members on board. not sure what direction we are going with it atm.

and with PR arma comming out... is that not going to dilute the PR server? who can tell

at the end of the day this is a gaming clan!!! and we are looking to keep our core members, but also attract new members in whatever genre it maybe.
