Battlefield 10th Year Anniversary: Battlefield 1942 (2002)

So here it is. 10 years of Battlefield. Quite some time has passed. I remember playing BF1942. Back then we had driveable boats and submersibles. Although I had no internet at the time it was still fun to horse around in. The expansion packs were fun to and introduced interesting maps. Dice has started blogs posts where they will look back at the years of Battlefield and how they have expanded. There will be more old trailers, retrospectives and more.

Here is a question. What would have happened if BF1942 had failed? No PR? No *NwA* clan or at least how we know it today?
