It was moved to the correct section, you can find it in support tickets/Ban Appeals. It is still pending the response of the banning admin.

Wait a minute, you aren't the same people.

You have to make your own ban appeal thread in order to be considered for being unban.

hello my nickname:ancestor i got ban on nwa server in last summer(actually dont remember exact time but sure in summer)by.... admin .this happened for a misuderstanding about exchancing kit between my friend and a player.i just defended my friend.interesting thing about it that my friend ban was removed though my ban been removed yet can you open my ban thank you
