[AIR] Clan breaks squad opening rule.

Hi, I'm new here. My English is not the best, but I'll give my best.

When: On wednesday 25th january 2012. Roundabout 21:15.
Where: *NwA* UK Reality AAS #2
Map: Kashan Desert
Problem: Squad at 1:31, insulting and kicking me out off the squad. Insulting again.
Who: Guys from the [AIR] Clan. Names: [AIR] xiNs4nE, [AIR] nAyow, [AIR] FR. Popeye, [AIR] -Shib4n-

Now the explanation:

I was going to open a CAS Squad, but the [AIR] guys opened minimum 1 second before. I am pretty sure that they opened the squad before is what allowed to. My problem is, that i can't give an evidence for it. But maybe you have the possibility to check that. Maybe there is a log?
If this is the case, you can also see the insults against me in the chat.

Usually I am too lazy to report players in a forum, but this time I am really annoyed. I choosed this way, because the admin couldn't help me as be problem was current. Afterwards I understand that. So I am here now. I hope u can check my issue. Thank you very much.

I wasn't on to witness them, but this [AIR] clan I've heard moans about quite a bit from randomers on the server.. and they DO always end up with CAS whenever I see them, which could be me being totally unfair and them doing it legit, or them repeatedly doing what ThRak said.

I guess the best we could do here is the next time there on if an admin just joins there squad and gives them a little reminder of the rule! even a clan-member.. join there squad and keep it in the squad chat/VOIP.

I was online that round but unfortunately on the other team. There was definitely a complaint about a 1:31 CAS squad on MEC from Thrakattack and after this for a good while there were insults and complains being thrown all over global chat. I can't confirm who it was exactly but players on the opposing team certainly insulted Thrak a number of times and ignored pleas to stop.

Its a difficult one to deal with really, i would say keep an eye on these guys who are apparently abusing the 1.30 rule and if they continue to get the asset before anyone else they can be pulled to one side and spoken to.

I dont think i have come across this clan on the server before, do we no were there from?

It was my behavior, which was not ok. I mean the chat spamming to the admins. If I should have a problem in the future and the admin can't help in this moment, I'll try to calm down and use this way here.

P.S. Are you sure about "tommyc225"? I didn't saw this nickname as I noticed their nicks for the complaint here. It seems like there is a log, thats very good. I only know a very briliant log from the homepage of
the =Rulez= Server, but the server is down for a long time.

The logs show that tommy was being abusive aswell.

I would guess France, AIR being a french pop group that I'm aware of (like NWA being an English speaking pop group i'm aware of).

Yes we are French, (unless DNA and tommy who are american) and i would excuse myself for creating squad before 1.30 but i think perm ban is abusive. if i remember right, i didn't kick thrakatak because i give the lead to another one and don't even insult him. if i do it i want to know what i say to him

It's ok. I accept your excuse. I can't remember exactly anymore, who of you made the insults - you were many.
I don't know what the admins are going to do now. Like I said, the problem is solved for me, as long as such things don't happen again.

Edit: It's still just a game. So there is not really a reason to argue. Maybe we can see us on the battlefield next time with peace.

I fell onto this thread because of popeye's ban, and am now feeling confused since I've been quoted by thrak.

I'd only want to sort out that thing I'm quite worried about, I wouldn't be considered as a griefer or appear as such to you. In any case you dealt according to the logs and didn't ban me or anyone else with tag wear only, which I'll be thankful of

Voodoo, to my opinion PR is made to content everyone, and you may figure out we all enjoy using air assets, as can be guessed through that [AIR] tag.

On the other hand, what Mikemonster said in an ironical tone sounds to me pretty disrespectful, we always try to do as well as possible and hence have some kind of exerience though. Of course you can think whatever you want about us, but you're not obligated to say it that way !

Hi Nayo, I wasn't trying to be disrespectful to you or your clan, just the notion in general that some players are 'pilots' in their PR 'career'.

Looking back it does look like I am mocking you all for being 'pilots', but I didn't actually think that's what [AIR] meant .. I just thought it was an anagram or good sounding clan name (perhaps after the music like I mentioned).

My reservations about self-appointed 'pilots' are the same as my reservations about self-appointed 'snipers' and self appointed 'CAS' guys.

Don't worry, I dislike everyone for something , I'm not prejudiced. But hopefully you will play with me in game soon and see what i'm really like, apologies for my negativity.
