Why I keep getting disconnected...

maybe its because of your broadband provider being sucks.. or maybe its just when alot of people are browsing the internet it gets clogged up a bit : /

Do a trace instead, you ping does not show you anything or where the problem might be.

With a trace you can figure out which node is causing the problem, and actually contact the NOC(network operation center) of whoever owns that node and see if they are aware of the problem.

How'd you do that?

Cheers. Unfortunately, the first 2 nodes after my router, which I presume are O2 nodes, do not accept 'tracert' and time out the requests.
