Test drive unlimited is still cool in my book. Probably better graphics about now, but for playability it rocks.

Live For Speed - is one I play - great online, realistic. Slightly dated but to be fair, it's dev'd by only three guys

rFactor - has lots of different mod packs for Cars, series etc.

gran turismo is perfect if you like racing on tracks.. I prefer TDU.
