Autobalance on server

Hello

I am just wondering, is there ANY way to fix the autobalance system on ur server, allmost each and everyday I get suddenly switched when I die, and this is especially frustrating when being in a very good squad that works well together, and even more frustrating when u see people connecting on the other side filling up the side u where on -.-


Isnt ehre a way to make the autobalance at least switch the newst joiner of the server or one that isnt in squad? :S

Its an admin's duty to keep an eye on the teams and switch new players over who are joining in to keep it balanced before they spawn in.. sometimes admin's can be in a sticky spot if there SL or flying etc etc.. ( !r a switch request with a little message with it letting the admin's no and they will get you back asap! )

yeah believe me I know how hard it is to admin unfortunately this time I reported 4 times but no admin was on, then they said wait a minute and 15 minutes later I still hadnt been changed NO im am not critising the admins cus sa I said I know how hard it is to admin a server, I have my own clan and BF3 server you guys do a great job that why I play here, thats why I dont play on other PR servers
