its fun for like 2 hours but then you have to go travelling and sh!t so you just wonder about kill stuff and finally come to your destination and you have to go kill some more stuff and then you go travelling again and everything repeats itsels aah im tired

Caravans? Fast travel? Buy a horse? Yes TES is about swinging metal and launching supernatural death, but it's also about exploring and interacting with the NPC's. I absolutely love it but it sounds like it's no for you, no biggie.

I just can't stop playing! I got an assignment for friday, I wonder if I'll get it done.

So Ive walked to every major and minor capital/hold so now I want a house and had to do the first mission so now

I'm the dragon born! And wow how good does that make you feel !!! Then I got told off for "shouting" lol silly guards, don't thy know who I am!

So now first dragons dead, I've got a whole load of new powers to learn and people to see, I'm loving this game more and more every minute!

Yea it is great fun, I have a feeling its going to last me ages seeing as I can only play an hour a day at the moment. So much to do, so many dungeons to clear.

Funny thing I did: NW of Whiterun there's a Dragon flying around and also there are mammoths and giants walking on big plain. If you get the dragon to fight you close to the giants and mammoths they will actually kill the dragon for you

And yeah, those dragons are unlucky. I was showing my mate Skyrim on the PC, I go to the dark brotherhood sanctuary.. TWO dragons spawn and come for me. I've never ran so fast in my life.

After you've done the bit of the main quest where you kill the dragon at Whiterun tower, then yes. Otherwise they will not spawn at all.

Skyrim in a nutshell:

King:
Wanderer! Thank the gods you've come! The prophecy told us that

Me:
Yea, verily I shall accept thine task and vanq- wait, Synraith? Fiery
dude in a floating city? Cape made out of screeching souls? Ahhh, s**t. I
already killed that guy.

King:
You ... already slew the
Demon Prince, the Knife in the Dark, the Void at the Heart of All Men,
whose identity you did not learn until just now?

Me:
Yup. I saw that castle floating up in the sky, and I wanted to know if I could
jump up the rocks to get in the back way. It took a lot of reloads, but
I finally managed to hop on up in there.

King:
You "hopped on up" into the Abyssal Palace?

Me:
Yeeeep, yep yep yep. Just squat-jumped on in there and looted the place. Then I killed that Sydney guy-

King:
Synraith, Demon Prince of the Abyss.

Me:
-yeah him. I ganked that guy. Mostly just to see if I could. Plus he looked like kind of a d**k.

King:
Indeed, the Foulest of the Foul was "kind of a d**k." But you
vanquished him without the aid of sacred Fjalnir, the God-axe?

Me:
Totally. It wasn't even a thing. I just hid on top of a bookshelf where
he couldn't reach me and shot him with arrows. Then I waited until he
forgot I was shooting him, and did it all again to get the sneak damage
bonus. Took a while, but he died all the same.

King:
Forsooth! Thine heroic deeds are ... well, that sounds kind of fucked
up, actually. Never thought I'd feel bad for He Who Devours. So you have
no need of our sacred totem weapon?

Me:
What, the gold
dealy, with the shiny bits? Nah, I already stole that out of the display
case four hours ago, before I knew who you were. I gave it to Sven, but
he Quantum Leaped out of the game with that s**t.

King:
Huh. So. I guess ... the bards will ... sing of your tale now?

Me:
Oh yeah? Sweet, let's hear it.

Bard:
The hero came with eyes aflame / his tasks already done / the land was rescued all the same / but 'tis kind of a shitty song.

Me:
Word.

Well, I had a stealth character, but one-on-one direct confrontations I couldn't deal with, so I had to sit and the back and pelt dragons with arrows, which just isn't my style. I like starting again now as I have a more clear idea of which perks and path to take, so I'll end up the better character! At least this time, I know to go and activate those stones that help you level up at the beginning, not at level 15 -.-

After reading about Lydia and her burial I decided to give her a go, bit rusty at first but wow she's awesome!
Loaded her up she's just as heavy as me, she gets all my second best weapons she's amazing!

And... If she can't carry anymore stuff... Just drop it in the ground and tell her to do something for me then pick up each item

Make any difference if you get this game on PC or Xbox?

I doubt my PC with work great with this games graphics, so was considering getting in on Xbox so I have HDMI cable to get good graphics but i did enjoy Oblivion on PC so didn't want to lose that possible enjoyment and playing style factor

On the console the game is harder, because you lack the precision of the mouse. Aiming your slashes/bowshots/magic is really annoying if you're not used to playing such games with a controller.

Then again, the PC version has the issues described in this thread. Shitty console UI that doesn't really work wonders for the PC.
