fatal_error.be pc rebuild

yust to say as you all know i going to upgrade my liquid cooling
so this meens i will not be playing for the time it take's to get it
all in my case

Ah Kenny the white cord you put around the cooling tube is very nice man, makes it look 5 times more stylish

The only thing I don't understand is thwy there's a hole going through each of your graphic cards, I'v never seen this before. And your cooling tube
runs right through the both of them :\ ?

Great project that looks lovely as well...always wanted to build a watercooled pc but the additional cost to do it right has put me off. I just put a modest pc together for my son, gave it a little overclock but temps are the enemy i believe i could get it a bit higher with watercooling.

Core 2 duo E8400 stock 3ghz to 4ghz the default 3dmark06 score was 13815marks and its improved to 16225marks.

Temps running Intel burn test hit 98deg still passed ok idle temps under 50deg.

mobo is an Asus p5q-e [free off a friend]
memory 4gig geil extreme 1066mhz
gpu is a saphire 4890

I have scraped just under 20000 but not achieved it with a none i7 on air so thats a great result.

I did push the ASUS P5Q-E but just to test it ! I have put it back to 3.8ghz but as you said need to get prime running to give it a better test. I used burn test because with my quad 6600 it passed with prime95 but failed with Intel burn test so we are getting different results using the two thrashing programs..humm strange
any ideas ?
Also what temp monitor do you use i go for bios first then real temp. If you need any liquid nitrogen i could pinch it from work but doubt it would make it to belgium undetected .gif" alt="" />

Knowing how well you keep your kit up to speed Kenny, I don't feel too bad about my humble attempt with my i7 920 and HD 5970.

I've only overclocked the CPU to 4.0 Ghz and the Graphics is the standard OC Sapphire HD 5970.
The cooling is with the Corsair H50-1 which for those that don't know is a bit of a hybrid. It's an integrated Water cooler using it's own
radiator to which I've added a push fan as well as the pull that it comes with.

It all works pretty well I think and I'm very pleased with the 3D Mark Vantage score shown below.

that 920 it diong is job good but only 23k for the gpu that can go mutch better (don't overclock mem but do on the core normaly on air it easy to get like 850-900 on that core

ps look @ my cpu-gpu score

and btw that is yust on the multy that you oc try and do it true your fsb then your even getting more trus me
