"Oh Crap" moments

I've had too many to say.. Biggest one was Probably Qwai River, was driving the .50 Humvee to my squad, and nearly ran Orford over. Stopped to apologise in mumble, and asked him if he wanted a lift. He said "No, Mate.. Watch out though, that Tank can see you, look south.." Me, being Cocky, Was all like "Nah, it's fine.. Cya anyw-" Bang, Dead screen, And Orford mocking me down mumble.

Was 800 ALT in Kiowa waiting on a laze from Dobbeh!

My oh crap moment is a choice between driving a truck with squad full on muttrah, saw a heli landing and thought ok squad let's get them. It was a CAS Huey dropping a sniper off, it wasted us, do a YouTube search for truckwolf!!

Or.. Me and bang were in fallujah, being ninjas it all went a bit wrong, we were taking very heavy fire, dropped smoke, extracted to hummer and bugged out in great style!

All my moments suck, Especially compared to everyone elses.. Btw Kop, Did you not read my thread? Pics or that didn't happen, and I mean the wife.

.966 is minutes old, we are running shangri la, new patch new map, yeahh, after head sctratching about the new and wonderful 2 flag AAS4 i realise that there is actually no one defending our flag, the cappers are long gone, anyway i get there and its crawling with PLA, i call in armour and pretty quickly the situations under control, well anyway a few of us do a squad and we call defence so we set up TOW etc etc...so i'm sitting on the TOW with Thermal imaging switched on when suddenly from just over the top of the hill by my left shoulder comes the front end of a VN3, OK !! first pull of the trigger in .966, they have no idea i'm here, hero time coming up KA BOOM !! speedhound..teamkill...etc etc what WHAT ??? PRO tip, with thermals on the front end of a VN3 and a Panther look very similar....check your map nub......oh crap...

Mutrah the other night. Forgot I'd re-jigged the buttons on my joypad.

Landing at the carrier, went to turn my head to look for a landing spot. However, the usual button had been re-configured to the "E" key.

= Rapid exit and freefall into the sea... ...helo into the deck.

Another of mine - In the Israeli APC (I usually know vehicles names, I'm going to google this one.. Namer! Thas'da one.) and, after drumming a techie, and multiple Hamas infantry, we jews were pretty happy. We moved in to support two inf squads moving for a cache, I spot a figure with a LAT in thermal, but he had the Israeli Hat-thingy on, so I didn't react.. And he owned us as we'd already been hit. FML.

u got finished by a IDF M72 LAT? u must be nearly burning already

I was gunning a tank as MEC on Kashan D. We rolled up north going on the west side of the map, getting half way up the map we stopped to recon. Suddenly, while looking at the direction of bunkers, I saw a tank far up north but I could only see it by not looking directly at it. So I figured out where to shoot exactly even though I couldn't see while looking there.
My shot was followed by 2 team kill messages and a bunch of angry comments. Ofc I had just hit a friendly tank in the rear and there by killing it.
It was a good shot though
Note to self: Check map more often

The amount of times I've had to scream 'IS THAT A FRIENDLY!?!?' to my squad in the vehicle is unreal, And all my greatest shots seem to be on the wrong targets

Pro hint: when in doubt, switch thermals off...saved o LOT of friendlies that way

we were called to do a bomb run on village by a recon squad, pilot was good, inbound from southeast, perfect angle, laze spotted dead ahead, "i
got lock!", bomb away, buggin'out to northeast...

but recon spotters weren't the best...

Oh god Chris.. It's happened similar, but on less scales to me.. Cobra on Muttrah, I shot a friendly squad *3* times in one round, all the same bloke. He wasn't happy, trust me.. but, in my defence and offence, The sniper who was spotting must've been blind, and I didn't check the map being so giddy of actually getting in the CAS squad

i do remember once, and i'll say now in my defence that i was under the influence of various substances, i was guarding the toilet on one of the bunkers on kashan, we had been there for hours !, anyway, SL "toilet still clear speed ?" "rgr all quiet", SL " are you sure ? thrappaty thrap thrap............" "yeah, all quiet, erm why can i hear shooting on your VOIP ?" SL .....silence.....yep they were in a bunker 2 bunkers north, they'd moved out and i hadn't the slightest clue......

Oh my god Speed.. I do similar things not under the influence unfortunately, I mean I was half-asleep at about 1 playing on NwA, And The APC dropped the squad and was dropping a sniper elsewhere.. Me not knowing what, and who was getting out.. Didn't jump out with my squad, and ended up back at main, while my squad got wiped without their medic (Me ).. Swift Ear bashing + Squad kick enroute..
