Re: Questions : Project reality NWA clan ( new one as reply )
Glad you enjoyed last night.
Up until now we have been concentrating on developing our infantry skills. We are currently developing a training scheme that encompasses as many of the Mods assets as possible. CAS, Logistics, Armour, IFV's and fire supporting will all be covered.
Each training session is introduced by a comprehensive brief, which outlines the scenario to be covered that evening. We invite all Division members to put forward a brief, using the brief template to the Training Heads (Snipp's and myself). We will then arrange the evening and post up the brief when ready.
Any further questions, please feel free to tap either one of us up in TS.

Another Question: Why Don't you guys Divide everyone in seperate divisions(Catagories), so that we can have more control on your/our Clan.We make divisions as a Panser/armor division, that only will play as armor, an air division that will control Skies. And a infantiry division too have soldiers on your ground, so we all can Do what we do the best, so if you are infantiry, you will get a signed Kit and a (possible) signed posistion such as (sqd 3, Special Rifleman) etc. At every Training or ''Clan Match'' we will have Same kit's ( example: medic ) and Same squads with same squad leders, this way every one will improve in a squad you get to know, you will be better knowing of what that guy does or, does not... This way you all have better chanses surviving, teamplaying, and , training on your own signed Position ( Example: medic ) We get a commander that will Command the battlefield and Smaller positions that will command inf/armor/air and once again smaller captains for every squad. This will also ''Intence'' the gameplay when you have been training for a Special thing with your squad and so on... i hope you got something of what i am saying. im not good at writing english, But i try as good as i can... :!:
Cheers =)
Cheers =)

Grozy, everyone in the clan is infantry first, that's the bread and butter work of PR
However we do have certain members that are skilled in other roles
As part of the training scheme we practise the key elements of soldiering, we will expland further when the times right

I'm quite new and so far what I've seen is that everyone has good experience as rifleman, and we have a few clan members that take some air/armour/mortar assets on the public server.

Just gona put my 2pence worth in, as nayt said everyone is an infantryman first then everyone of course has their favourite/prefered other role (mine for example is armour, in particular heavy armour), most of the recent training was to prepare us for an infantry only clan match, I believe we are gona start specialisation's soon. I also believe that the idea will be first to get most people fairly familiar to most assets (once again, I know I won't be doing any flying cos I lag all over the place anytime I'm near a chopper), and the tactics of those assets, eg not asking a stryker to take out a tank.

If you want to we can help along to you guys with these kind of training, but more like from person to person and their interest in asset or role. And you also train as a team and a clan ^^. Well basically what I mean is that we have cool stuff you might wanna check out and when we are talking about that you probably know that we ninjad Snippers and Hitman for our project
Also - If you bump into a new player or a veteran player that wants to learn new stuff, please make sure they are not addressed to training server but more like to over here, us

Team NwA is going to focus more on specifics, but for general play this is not needed, we're all familiar with a range of roles, and switch between them as needed.

@Groozy:
Specialization in your way(if i got you right: 1 player = 1 special role) means less flexibility. I try to get used to 4 or 5 different roles to addapt to different maps.
I'm a lame crewman but an experinced pilot; I do good in search'n'destroy of FOBs, but got no plan where to build them; and so on...
Get what i want to say? Do what you do best is good, but the maps (and of course the enemies) are different, so switch the plan and keep them confused.
@*NwA*:
Do you post here, when you start another training? Would be nice to join you.

We are running a training programme within our *NwA* Pr Division, most Sunday Nights. *NwA* Clan members, who have completed their trial are open to apply and become a PR Division member.
We run training scenarios most Sunday evenings. We expect to cover most assets within the mod in the forthcoming weeks.

Training on a sunday is for pr devision members only, and some recruits who are invited along by the devision leaders
