Kashan desert (alt layer) 10/07/2011

Ive to say the most balanced kashan round ive ever played. we tried so hard to hold SV. thanks for that good game. thanks to everyone which decided to play on the MEC side . Thanks hitman for taking over the CO-post. damn those CTD's.

I was loading into kashan but Bf2 buged somehow and had to kill it, I got tired of waiting to get into the server and went to watch some(usefull) youtube videos.

Yeah was with 3dAC, cause I bum Hitman, I had some CTD's too (PURELY WIRELESS CONNECTION) and yeah, was a CRAZY round! Good game!

I got blue screen of death twice during that, once when a South bunker mortar landed square on my head and once where inf were attacking the hill fob towards the end of the round and ofc the mass genocide of the MEC. In spite of all those technical hitches the teamwork, with curry's help, when from downright awful to pretty damn awesome in a short space of time. Gave me some thoughts on the commander role gonna write a guide over the next few days on my thoughts on the commander role.

Both mine and Scotty's squad we're the opposing forces at south village. Together with your air support and armour, you created quite a headache for us. I have to say, if our team had managed to organise our assets better, we'd have taken the map I reckon. :

Nice round with unexpected outcome I was refusing to fly for a half of that round coz of sickness caused by yesterdays mega party:) so thank you Blip for such a stable fligh without turbolence

Who killed a sniper in SV? that was me xD i was afk i come back and hunter is like "THERE HERE", and I'm panicing see you through the window and I just run the f**k out xD

that JDAM probably saved us the cap tbh and gave us enough time to get some people on the flag. That was after the whole MEC team CTDed right? when u guys had got it neutral?

Was a great game! Shame are Apaches + Tanks were Sh!t

My Favorited part was emptying the mortars into SV! then flying straight in there in the BH who was then going to pick-up Bangs squad and drop them in ( BH crashed on exit tho ) shortly after taking SV are tank TK'd me and my medic ( Capitin ) so i had 3 guys left in the cap! ( then your arty hit us )

So i got my guys back on the Hill and called in are own Arty ( but we had no armour or air support! ) in the end i ordered my men to Forget SV and just defend SB's. Was a great game look forward to many more in Z past.

O yer at one stage in the game i got my guys in a little building in SV ( i was stressing to them all GET OUT OF THE FKING WINDOWS AND STAY IN COVER! ) but kop got noisy and popped his head out loool! Next thing we hear shhhooooooowwwwwwwwwwww BANG! Hole Squad whiped out by a HAT loool WHO WAS THAT FKER!?

Pretty sure the MEC JDAM landed right on my face. Very good fight for SV though, enjoyed it alot!

Another memorable part! when Kop fired his HAT and the Havoc fired a Hellfire at the same time!

Stealth is freakishly good on Kashan, it scares me.

US were doing well until they started attacking SV. We should have just held the bunkers.

True. If I we're to play that again, I would of fallen back to bunkers sooner.

That said, it would'nt of been the fun round it was if we had. If you see what I mean.

yeah and Curry one important thingy... , I didnt change team to MEC coz of better CAS crew (refering to Robs message )

I was kicked for being AFK that round and when I reconnected I couldnt switch to US due the autobalance...

So dont call me coward or I shoot you in tha FACE next time! ))

Hey, it was Agemman that called the shot.

I also was there during the attack on SV by the US. (where they made the flag neutral)
At that point we had absolutely no assets near SV and we were just 1 squad. I was surprised you guys didn't cap it.

I was spotter at the time, when I got back from the shower the Havocs were already taken, good riddance they ragequit, lased an infantry squad out in the open, super easy target (yours actually, when you were crossing from south bunkers to the eastern hills, that was me popping up and down on the hills looking at you) and they just couldn't hit you... Then you owned them with the HAT.

that havoc haunting us outside SB was epic.... kop got killed by it while firing the hat but owned them...awesome shot ... in the end we all got killed by inf near SV.

Would have made the game more interesting for Mick's defence squad.

Thats the thing about being the backbone of the team. Its the most important role, but boring as hell.

I think we need to learn to relieve defensive squads. It's so easy to get bored and then not focus on your sector.
