Does anybody else find Lag problems with the website? I use Internet Explorer and Vista

If I ever try to send a PM or create a post the web page completely freezes for a period of time mid way through typing. Its only with the web browser concerning NWA forum, meaning I can have other browsers open and it works normally at the same time as the crash. It makes it nearly impossible for me to type sometimes.
Also when I go to close the forum page, its like your not allowed to top right 'X' it. Clicking the 'X' simplely does nothing. Inorder to close the forum I have to minimise my browser and do Right click>close
