Ram Calculation Empty Ram Calculation

Hi, Here's how to find out how much ram you need/you use,in this screenshot look at bottom left where it says "Commit (MB) 3671/4529",3671 is total system MegaByte ram in use,4529 is total ram available,so windows 7 64 bit has allocated me 435mb of Virtual ram/Page file due to me having 4gb/4096mb ram,i have custom set my Virtual ram/page file size 50mb to 6144mb/6gb,Virtual ram/Page file is a feature where windows uses the hard drive as ram if you start running out of ram/not good as Hdd is slow & will cause jerky/laggy gameplay etc, etc,so basically you would need to install 4gb/4096mb of ram to cover the 3671mb needed to be able to play Battlefield 2142 100% smooth. :study:

(virtual ram/page file start kicking in around 70% of ram in use,so therefore my above pagefile usage is not correct but you get a rough idea)
