So are they going to change the entire civilian system? or do they mean get rid of the second unknown?

that means it will only be 1 cache

They got rid of helicopter AA missiles? Interesting. Maybe I'll gun more in them if I actually have a chance to do work.

I doubt it will change much. CAS will still hunt each other down like dogs, just now the smaller helicopters like the Kiowas and Gazelles will stand a better chance.
