If I am right he is already banned, but I made this so you got more evidence.

He made a CAS squad while I had already made an Kiowa squad and crashed the Kiowa, he also shot the BH down in mainbase before I could record today on Ramiel (04/01/2013).

Below some footage of him, mostly just camping the mainbase I guess and in the end crashing the Kiowa.
