Math in english

Heyoo, I'm getting really pissed of because I need to make something but I don't know what. First of all I suck at math when it's in dutch so now that it's in english I really don't get what I'm supposed to be doing.

What the f**k is "the cube of a radius" or "radius cubed".
What the f**k is "the square of a radius" or "radius squared".

I know what the radius is etc. but i just dont get the term "cubed/squared"

I assume it's something like radius * radius or radius * radius * radius? I can't be sure because I can't find it anywhere and it's pissing me the f**k off. (By now I should have been done 100 times but it seems I'm f*****g up the formula which is ARHIAHGBDIAJ(EGWad 8asfh in /RAGEQUIT)

Cubed = x^3, or X * X * X

Squared = x^2, or X * X

So, say the radius of a circle is 2 Meters, Radius^2 = 4 Meters
For Cubed, it'd be Radius^3, = 8 Meters
