DayZ Sidechannel Empty DayZ Sidechannel

Hey Survivors!
I played on some servers the last time and found out, that you can write over the whole map in these side channels.
But on some server, Im able to READ it, but cant switch to side channel.

How come?

Would be nice if you guys could help me.
