Time: Right now
Description of offence commited: Learning to fly on the server. I asked him multiple times not to fly and he wasn't even in the proper squad. His response was: "I'm trying to configure my controls, so that I can fly"
He crashed 3 chinooks 10m outside of main. Then left the server.
