plan=b Smart-balance request

Hi *NWA* 
I'd like to request a smart-balance add of our clan tags plan=b. Because We've been playing on NwA for ages now and it's pretty annoying when you got switched to the other side in a important and you have to wait to switch back or you have to ask a admin to switch you back. And we are informed about your rules of the switch list and dont abuse it and we are maximum about five peoples at the time who playing on your server.
