Found it last weekend. It's still early alpha but only cost 15$ (The demo is free but a few updates behind and won't be updated)
It's about building space ships and launching them with realistic physics. Watch:

A few pics of what I just played:

1) My first satellite! It's just a fuel tank with some landing gear but it looks like a satellite :D

2) Second one. This one going north-south, the other was east-west

3) I managed to put one in Geosynchronous orbit! Took some precision maneuvering but I did it.

Oh, god. The trail and error! The horror!
My latest mistake I found was that a solar panel is clipping through one of the pods. Now I have to move that damned solar panel array. It was so well docked. Given that it was spazzing out during docking. Oh, well. Starting to make the last modules on the Russian side.

Oh god. This thread is a year old? Wow... it doesn't feel like it. But come to think of it.. I started right after my cousins birthday and it's his bday this weekend. Holy crap time flies.
