=HOG= Smartbalance request

Dear *NwA* peeps,

I'd like to request a smart-balance add of our clan tags (=HOG=). I go pubbing a few times a week with one or two other clanmates and it's always on one of the NwA servers. We may not represent a significant percentage of your pubbers but I figured I could try and get them added.

- We will never switch to blufor teams to get better weapons, we will play the teams we are dealt
- we will not stack more than 6 members on one team, unless evened out by enough members from other clans

I don't have much more to add than I enjoy both the INS and AAS servers you guys are running.
