Im curious, Whats your favourite motherboard manufacturer?
Initially mine was Gigabyte but now find that Asus mobo's are genrally the boards i buy now.

I will stay with Nvidia i think, i use Nvidia 8800GTX cards with it so link in the BIOS for a bit of speed .

I have the same asus board but with the Better raid controler even though i dont use it. I think its the P5NQ-pro. Also seen your other post on the I7 very good chip. I run the Q6600 same as oyu for the money there still the best chip bang for buck rating. Can get it to 3.4ghz but dont need to as all i do is play BF2 and my heli sim.

Mike, it's a great board, good visual led's for OC and stuff however ... They've put a heatsink in the wrong place blocking one of the pci slots!! Grrrr

ive got a rampage 2 extreme its the s**t is all i can say, want a ram 3 but money is tight at the mo. ive got a friend who swears by gigabyte coz of the auto bios updates but never had 1 so i wouldn't know

Just got it before Christmas but it had a few bent CPU pins so i had to send it back. I'm expecting a replacement soon.
In my old and current PC it's some old crappy standard MB. Can't even overclock on it
