Who's gunna make it into the UFC, 14 fighters left and there's some sort of deadline.

MMA= Mixed Martial Arts (A sport with Judo, BJJ, Boxing, Kick-Boxing, you fuckin name it, etc.)

UFC= The premiership league of MMA

TUF= A show where contestants battle out to win a spot as a contender in the UFC.


Other shows that do MMA are StrikeForce and K1.

I just stick to watching 22 men kick a football around some grass, much simpler.

I like UFC, but there isnt really any channel you can watch it on in Holland. Did get to see 2 seasons from TUF though, when the fights commencd it was cool, but the bullocks around it wasnt interesting at all..

Kick boxing! Mirko crocop and fedor emelianenko these two fighters were by far my fave!

Any ju jitsu techniques, that's what I do, I do a tailor made mix of JJ, BJJ m Thai and krav maga

I don't like traditional martial arts where you wear the gui ( pajamas) and do katas (set routines)



The mma style is a lot more suitable for My line of work and personal protection, swift, sharp on the fly, maximum damage minimum effort
