Its a game that failed when it was pay to play but a company bought it out (hence the Reloaded part of the name) and now its free to play extremly fun, basically you have police vs criminals both trying to do missions around the city very much like GTA the best thing about it is the customization of the cars and characters

Car handling is s**t, but you have to upgrade, combat is s**t, and the world designs . .. is not very . .. . good?

It keeps you entertained but for when I first started following this game (2 years ago) it seemed like it would of been a lot more revolutionary.

Been playing it this evening; it's alright but takes a lot of getting used to! Especially the driving!!!

Viglen I could have sworn I ran into you a few times in the Financial District, my chaps called Fortuna, followed you for a little bit but then a call-out kicked in

Personally, I think it needs more "direction" in game, for example once I'd finished the Tutorial missions and gone into the Live zones, I was actually a little unsure what to do, what contact to pledge to etc etc.

It's still got potential

Hop on teamspeak when you play like everyone else , Viglens also thrown up a group for the clan. Damn good fun when playing with clan mates!

Yea, I actually had a lot of fun on this. The driving is a bit derpy, I can't seem to go in a straight line, always end up zig-zagging. I really wish you could have a group of more than 4 people though, they really missed a trick there!
Otherwise, great fun and its definitely got potential

seems a lot more interesting since it first came out. but this is definitely the type of game you have to make fun by playing with people you know... i might be up for this.

Ill get on TS later to night. Hopefully some of you will be on for this.

Had some really good runs tonight with ghost, bownty and greeny, had a right good laugh!
Shame there are still hacks lurking about for it though, kinda ruins it ever so slightly... And don't get me started on the matchmaking - completely FUBAR'd!!!

Ram is probably one of the easiest things to fit into a computer even if you don't know what you are doing.
However it does come with it's dangers if you are not careful. You need to discharge yourself from any static before going anywhere near inside your machine...so don't rub your socks on nylon flooring.

I've got this weird mouse lag in APB. The kind you get on console-port games. It's really annoying and almost unplayable.

Have you got Vsync on? That's known to cause mouse-lag issues in some games...

Don't want to blow my own trumpet or anything, but game runs smooth as a baby's bum on my machine, think the RAM is the biggest help though, all 8GB of it

Yes "levels" are defined as "rating" and is nothing more than an indicator how long you have played and how much stuff you have unlocked. Any rating can group with another rating.

How matchmaking works is your "thread level". Thread is based on wins/losses so if you are a good player and/or have bought some l33t gear you will have a high thread and get put against tougher opposition. If you suck you will play against noobs. In theory this is a brilliant system but the limitation is the 100 player limit meaning it only have <50 players to match you against, and only the ones that are set ready and not on mission. That is why people say matchmaking suck: because of a limited matchin pool.

And about chat:
F9 = chat commands (/c /g /t /d etc.)
F10 = Console commands (invite, ignore, leavemission etc.)
F11 = Emotes.
F12 = remove hud

Just had an awesome experience this morning.

I spent about 1 hour collecting stolen cars, nicking items from ramraids (put them in my car trunk before the crim could do it after he smashed the window )

I had collected a total of 7600 cash when I spot this crim with high silver thread.. interesting, he had 8600 cash! I just couldn't resist that so I followed him to his drop off and let him hand in a few items, then I struck, like a preying mantis for a fly! I was crouching behind my car partially in cover shooting him with my AK, but as it turned out he had a freaking Osmaw! Boom goes my car and all my 7600 bucks! I race to his drop and wait for him. He goes for the drop and I kill him before he can react. Unfortunally he didn't pick up my cash on the way so I lost it all. I managed to bring the 8600 to my drop and just spotted the crim come around a corner before he fired his Osmaw. He killed himself with the rocket giving me time to deliver the money for a total of 15480$

(I realize writing this that if he had picked up my money and added it to the pool I could have made 29160$ !! Too bad..)

Was messing around in waterfront after everyone went last night; got greedy at one point and lost about $8000 when witnessing someone and getting killed, but made it back and ended up on around $16000 after the multiplier
Waterfront is so much better for raid catching in my opinion!

well just downloaded it took all of 15mins. also done 4 films at the same time. Maxed out me broadband at 5 meg a second download. Got to love virgin during the day time.

Yeh making cash is a real problem, However I have made a few grand from the marketplace (auction house)
