I guess than you would put in same bag all the Olympic competitions like ski jumping, bobsleigh, some rally racing and f1 or any other sport that can leave you cripple or dead if s**t hits the fan.

As a kid perhaps you did not thought about consequences or wanted only to impress your friends but it doesn't necessarily mean all people in the world are selfish, mindless pricks if they doing something extreme. You know and even if they are, maybe excuse is that their wingsuits are more aerodynamic than your umbrella

I wonder how much load they can carry without loosing to much speed and lift. I can't stop thinking of military applications for that suit. It bits standard para-shut dropping in the sens that unit could leave plane far from landing zone and glide rest of the rout even in the night time with some night-vision goggles making it completely undetectable.

It looks like SF for now but I am very curious about that.

They surely did, cause all the guys in the vid made 250 to 1500 jumps with wingsuit on top of their "normal" skydiving experience before starting with proximity flying.
