So I was bored and tried to kick some random guy from TS. And...that guy actyally got kicked?
I think you have some bug that allowes normal users to kick people.

yep, just tried it and it worked, made my apologies in the kick message. (the guy was afk anyway)

clan members can kick, am not sure how you managed that though

Im just a guest. Must be some bug.
Edit: Joined some random server on ts3 and asked if I can kick someone for test. I tried it on two users and I could kick both. :
