Hey guys , first thanks for keeping up the good work with your server, it's always a pleasure to play on it.

Though there is an "issue" I want to discuss with you. We (301) are often 4 or 5 deciding to play together around 9PM or so. But it's really a p*** in the a** to get in your server with 4 or 5 player (let's not talk about the tuesday night -training night- when we are 8 or 10 ...)
Well, we usually waste at least 20 or 30 min to get inside before we can start playing for real... (And yes we are manually refreshing cause auto-join is too slow)
You can easily imagine the high level of tension generated when you decide to go for a "quick round" ...

So is there any way I can talk to a senior administrator about this ,being said that we are totally ready to pay for reserved slots or anything of that kind

I think I've made my point : Is there a way you can help us get in your server faster , ie > reserved slots? We are totally ready to pay a monthly fee for that kind of service ,name your price.
