Which shall it be?

Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 Graphics Card 1024MB PCI-E VGA/DVI/HDMI £141
or
Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 Graphics Card 512MB PCI-E VGA/DVI/HDMI £84

My mobo (Gigabyte GA-EP31-DS3L) is not PCIe 2.0 but both cards are backwards compatible. This won't affect performance will it?

I've been using http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html for comparisons.....

I have this MSI gtx460 and its pretty awesome. Runs really quiet and cool, PR doesn't really tax it at 1920x1080 on full

I see my grfx card is on top there cool: GeForce GTX 580 3,855
Also I would go for the 460 tbh, can get a superclocked one on overclockers for a good price.

Card is in...
BF2 graphics all are set to high with 8x anti-aliasing
I'm getting FPS of 99.9/10.1 while I'm digging a FOB!
It drops to 80ish/20ish when I'm driving..
Is that good?

what resolution you playing at? and what is the rest of your computer like (CPU etc)

but that seems pretty good to me, i think bf2 has a 100fps limit, so it doesnt get much better than 99. if you wanted to be really sad you could monitor your gfx card temp/stress levels whilst playing

Processor:
Intel Core2 CPU E7500 @ 3.37GHz (2 CPUs) Clocked
Memory:
3582MB RAM
Hard Drive:
640 GB
Video Card:
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 460 SUPER OC 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-E
Monitor:
LG W2261 [HDMI]
Sound Card:
C-Media Wave Device
Speakers/Headphones:
Razer Barracuda 5.1
Operating System:
Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.090206-1233)
Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-EP31-DS3L
Computer Case:
Coolermaster Elite 360
Resolution in game:

Think I'll run x4 anti-aliasing
My monitor is only 60Hz so that high FPS is pretty redundant innit?
