so,i just found out that the place am movin to doesn't have a bt fone line installed,even tho we were told it did . any way because of the bad weather and the like the earliest they can send engineer is 3rd march so prob cant play til then sorry guys, proper fumin how am i meant to live without pr for a month not a happy chappy

BT engineers, hmmmm

couple of years back a couple of BT line engineers pulled down my line with their cherry picker whilst fixing a neighbours line, their response ? "we'll have to send round another crew to fix that mate".....

3 weeks later THE SAME CREW turned up !!!!! (claiming not to remember!!!!)

i made sure they had finished and the line was up before certain expletives were issued (which they took quite on the chin to be fair)
