The intel controler is better to handle the data. the ocz may be slightly faster but its not as reliable needing to be formated alot more then the Intel also intel supports TRIM. Which keeps things alot smoother and cleaner. My intel still get good read write speed after 2 months the ocz speed is out of the box and not in day to day use.

The crucial has also the TRIM function
