PR League

Hello lads!

Right now I am organizing a clan League for PR. It will start off as a test within PRTA to work the kinks out of... Well.. Everything. Right now we are just about to start out our test season and we need teams to come and fight for guts and glory. The whole thing is centered around skirmish (6v6, 8v8 and 12v12) and seen as a complement to the PRT. The Teams that will be participating can be created however you wish, as long as all members are part of PRTA (either individually or as part of a clan). This means that you can sign several teams if you wish.

You will in the end be required to fight or forfeit once every week. When you fight, what map you choose and whose server you fight on will be decided by the teams. One team challenges the other and suggests a map. The challenged team can accept and you discuss servers and dates. The PR League will be able to help you out with servers, TS and Mumble channels if you request it from us.

It would be really nice to see you guys participating. If you wish to do so, please register your Team Leader here and post in the sign-up thread.

If you wish to form a team with your friends you are welcome to do so. The test will be run within PRTA and our only requirement is that people are members of PRTA. The Teams are by no way limited to clans. I think we have a rag-tag team formed up by individuals from like 5 different clans. They are just friends and liked the idea. No problem at all. If you wish to join in with your friends there are two options.

1. Apply to join PRTA as a group. One person applies as a Liaison and the others join automatically. You can do so here. You fill out the form. Just fill out what you have. A name, number of people, Liaison and some info is minimum I think. After that Wicca will ask you some questions and you are accepted (99% are). PRTA can then give you a TS channel that's private, logo if you want and you can (I think) request a private server from them if you need it for a training. Many advantages.
2. Have everyone that is not already a member in PRTA (either as an individual or through a member clan/team/community) sign up as individuals. You can do that here. There are less requirements and people are accepted more easily. But you don't get the above benefits, although you do gain access to the League.

Those are your two options. If a team for one game lacks people and needs reserves my standpoint will be quite lenient as I wish to test everything. So if a Team asks to bring in outsiders I would be fine with that as long as they can fight. Hope that answers your question!
