I got tired of them giving me really awkward answers so I checked out the files myself and found one called Bliss.Arma2OAProfile but I couldn't actually edit it, so I deleted it and made my own Profile which removes crosshairs and tags but adds 3rd person, seems to be working :D have fun!

as for the new patch, I think it is now 1.7.2.6, but if not, they haven't released it for private servers yet
