1) No Abuse What So Ever. Admins decision is final All *NwA* are Admin.

We run a fun and enjoyable server. We will not allow Abuse of any kind. So before you type a in game message or post on the *NwA* forum think! You may not think what you type to be abusive but others may.

2) Commanders May Fight.

We allow Commander Fighting. *NwA* admins will allow you to fight as commander as long as you are doing your job. Using the assets soley for your own use and not supporting your team will get you kicked from the server. Again Admins decision is final.

3) Spec Ops Only In The Uncaps. No Arty, Armour, Choppers, Jets are allowed to attack the Uncap.

Spec Ops can enter the uncap to destroy the commanders assets ONLY. Do not hang around for kills do not take any other vehicle other than a Jeep or Boat to escape the uncap.

4) No Stealing Vehicles From Uncaps. For exceptions see rule 3.

Do not enter the uncap to steal armour. Only Spec Ops may enter uncap; no one else has to be there.

5) No Seat Switching In Attack Chopper.

We allow seat switching to machine gun only on the ground. Seat switching (solo TVing) in the air will get you kicked/Banned. DO NOT ABUSE THIS RULE. Landing a chopper outside a flag area and switching to the gun seat to spawn rape will get you kicked/Banned. Admin Decision is final.

6) No Spawn Raping/Killing.

Do not spawn rape flag areas, be part of the game work as a squad player. This includes the constant bombing of helipads and hangars. We don't run this server for you to camp flags and get cheap kills. Armour will use their best efforts to attack flags and support troops. Do not spawn rape or camp out side flag areas.

7) No Stalking Or Lurking Around Airfield/Carrier In Jets Or Helis.

Do not attack jets/helis on the ground in or leaving the uncapp. Following into the uncapp is allowed during a dog fight. Once the Heli/Jet has landed you must stop your attack.

8) No Claymores In Capping Range Of Flags.

Laying Clays in the flag cap range is lame, use them for what they are made for. Self defence or squad defence. We run a fun server and clays on flags is no fun.


9) Wait In Line For Air Vehicles.

You must wait in line for air vehicles this includes ALL Planes and ALL Attack Helicopters. Failure to do so will result in you being Kicked. Repeat offender BAN.



PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AN ADMINS DECISION IS FINAL.

YOU CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT OR RAISE AN ISSUE ABOUT ANY BAN IN OUR KICKS/BANS COMPLAINTS FORUM. INTERPRETATIONS OF THESE RULES ARE AT ADMINS DISCRECION. ALL ADMINS WORK DIFFERENTLY, THEREFORE ONE ADMIN COULD BAN YOU FOR ONE THING, AND ANOTHER ADMIN COULD KICK YOU FOR THE SAME THING, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE HAVE ADMINS WORKING ON OUR SERVER, WHO ALL HAVE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PATIENCE, IF YOU ARE BANNED AND YOU DEEM IT TO BE UNFAIR, PLEASE RAISE THE ISSUE IN THE APPROPRIATE FORUM. THESE RULES CAN BE CHANGED OR MODIFIED AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTIFICATION, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT EVERY PERSON WHO USES THE *NwA* SERVER KNOWS THESE RULES AND CHECKS BACK HERE REGULARLY.


These Rules are few but fair and for the enjoyment of every one.
